| Fung Brands acquire 80 percent of the Rykiel business |
French fashion brand Sonia Rykiel and Fung Brands Limited announced
today they have finalized a deal that will see Fung Brands acquire 80
percent of the Rykiel business, leaving the Rykiel family with a 20
