Style Evolution: Dakota Fanning

10 Fasion Documentaries

As férias chegaram.

Mr. Nice

sunday morning.

After watching "God Bless America" yesterday evening and the new episodes of Futurama, I've decided to stay outside and enjoy the sunniest day in a couple of weeks.

movie du jour: the ides of march

The Ides of March

Interesting and easy to watch if you're interested in Politics. Directed by George Clooney and with a cast  cast that includes Ryan Gosling, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Paul Giamatti, Evan Rachel Wood, Marisa Tomei and Jeffrey Wright, "The Ides of March" did not disappoint, at least not me.

movie du jour: The Shop Around the Corner

The Shop Around the Corner

This romantic comedy is based on a manuscript written by Nora Ephron (director, producer and author of the screenplay with her sister, Delia Ephron), the film is an updating of the Ernst Lubitsch "The Shop Around the Corner" to the Internet Age, starring Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks and  following the squabbling and romance of two competing book retailers on Manhattan's Upper West Side, the movie is a must see.  It was a great option for a Monday evening.

Sunday with Miss Jones

You always wonder how is going to end up a movie. In this case we all kind of know exactly how The Bridget Jone´s Diary - the first one yesterday, the second one just right now - is gonna end up, plus is not about the end, is just entertaining and easy to watch with cheetos on the couch. This is how this Sunday looked after a quickie walk on the beach with the dog and a food orgie with my hubby. Now I'm gonna get back to my movie. Who cares if I've watched already? In fact I love to re-watch all cheesy movies from the old times.
