It's hard to remember the time when Alber Elbaz wasn't doing his incredible well done job as creative director of the house. It's been  years, and   collections. It's even hard to think how would be Lanvin without Elbaz, The latest collection caught my eyes not just because of the design of the accessories and the impeccably cut of coats, dresses etc, but also because Lanvin presented a collection full of new fabrics and volumes and therefore new  technology. Patouf and Anna Angseryd

Patouf is a Swedish clothing label created by Anna Angseryd in 2007. A romantic at heart, she moves confidently between sophisticated French cuts and 60/70s vintage, creating feminine chic yet with a girly touch. She crafts the finest materials and has a special attention to detail. This is fashion to fall in love with.

In 2009, Patouf was awarded the title ROOKIE OF THE YEAR by the Swedish Fashion council.

and after all is alber elbaz going to be the new designer from chanel?

Ouvimos alguns rumores de que Karl Lagerfeld será substituído por Alber Elbaz. Que o mundo fashion está sempre cheio de rumores, todos nós sabemos. É sempre bom esperar um tempo para que as notícias se confirmem. A verdade é que Karl Lagerfeld nao renovou o seu contrato com a Chanel, porém nunca se sabe... ele a esta na casa há bastante tempo, e de uma certa maneira nao seria ruim pra a Maison mais tradicional da moda inovar trazendo novas contribuicoes criativas. Como varios blogs ja mencionaram, a verdade é que as vezes um designer novo pode adicionar muuuito para uma marca, e as ultimas colecoes da chanel tem decepcionado. Claro que nao podemos esquecer que Chanel é e será sempre Chanel, mas talvez esteja na hora do Lagerfeld se aposentar. O problema é que duvidamos que ele vai dar o seu posto tao rapido assim. Agora só podemos esperar e para ver no que vai dar! Eu gostaria de ver um outro estilista por trás da Chanel! Precisamos de mentes frescas! Será que a era Lagerfeld for Chanel chegou ao fim? Vamos ter que esperar pra ver.
