BAZAAR predicts the next wave of Hollywood fashion girls.

‘Tis the season for resolutions, revamps and reassessing — which leads us to our most recent endeavor: predicting which girls will lead the style revolution for 2012. Utilizing a highly scientific method of balancing career success with the most intriguing red carpet looks thus far, we’ve determined the seven ladies to-watch in the new year. See who could be christened the new bombshell and which girl is keeping avant garde fashions in Hollywood alive. Plus, get inspired by one of 2011’s biggest beauty trends, bright pink lips

 Andrea Riseborough
Playing a world-renowned fashion icon, Wallis Simpson, as her most high profile role to date, Riseborough seems to be channeling that same time-worn approach to style. Opting for classic silhouettes and New Look shapes, Riseborough is like a '50s starlet for the internet age.

Felicity Jones
Felicity Jones has appeared in Burberry ads and is the new face of Dolce & Gabbana beauty. She loves Zara, wears Proenza and isn’t afraid to play with runway trends. The Like Crazy star is easily that actress who could have made a left turn into fashion editor and we have a special place in our hearts for girls whose love of clothes runs this deep.

Jennifer Lawrence
Jennifer Lawrence could wear a sack dress and still be the sexiest girl in the room. Thankfully, she lets her bombshell flag fly in form-fitting gowns like the red Calvin Klein she wore to last year’s Oscars. Everyone needs a Marilyn for their generation.

 Lara del Rey
With music that sounds like it could be the sound track for Mad Men, bee stung lips reminiscent of Bardot and a stage name inspired by Lana Turner, Lana Del Rey is a new singer on the scene with a decidedly retro vibe and the stage style to match.

Léa Seydoux
With roles in Inglourious Basterds and Midnight in Paris, Léa has already proven she has a serious standing in the film world. As the face of Prada’s Candy fragrance and its resort line, she’s also an established fashion girl. We love her for her unabashed French style and willingness to wear bows and whimsical hats.

Shailene Woodley
At only 20-years old, Shailene is the youngest on our list. A star making turn in The Descendants elevated the young beauty’s career instantly. Her red carpet looks have gone from ultra feminine florals to menswear-inspired suiting, but her approach overall is all about keeping it fun.

Rooney Mara
With eyes that tell an entire story before she opens her mouth, Rooney Mara has an intensity that belies her years. The Girl with a Dragon Tattoo actress is proving to have a way with edgy, avant-garde gowns on the red carpet and a preference for drama.
